The Mercantile Building which houses the Commercial Vendors and Exhibitors was recently renovated. The renovations included new lighting, interior walls, entrance doors, electrical service and AIR CONDITIONING.

These updates really improved the experiences of the vendors and fairgoers alike. Vendors interested in being part of the Fair can find links to the Space Rental Rules & Regulations and to the Commercial Booth Rental Application below. The application is required for all commercial booths. Commercial booth space is limited and new applications must be approved by a York County Fair representative. Approval must be received prior to the start of the Fair. Questions may be directed to the representatives and phone numbers listed on the application.
